Kristin Royce

After graduating from the University of Maryland in 2005 with a degree in business marketing, Michelle Haran went to work for Ryan Homes, the #1 new home construction builder in the Baltimore area. During the first six years of her career at Ryan Homes, Michelle sold over 50 million dollars in real estate. Despite the economic challenges she faced in this market, Michelle not only excelled but was continually recognized as being a top performer winning multiple awards in customer service and high sales volume.  In 2011 Michelle was ready for a new challenge so she left Ryan Homes and decided to start her own real estate business working as an independent Realtor giving her the flexibility to work as an entrepreneur and run her own real estate company.  She handles all of JT Homes’ many listings as well as continues to run a successful real estate company.

While MIchelle worked as an independent Realtor, her husband James launched his own construction company, buying, renovating, and selling spectacular homes in prominent Baltimore neighborhoods. With James's knowledge of Construction and Michelle's knowledge of the real estate market, they became like a real life HGTV show~going on to have many years of success.

Kristin Royce became a residential Realtor in 2013 after a decade of service as a Baltimore County Public School teacher.  Her Masters Degree in school administration was put to work Kristin and Terry’s first daughter was born and she joined Terry’s real estate investing business., fostering consumer relationships and building the systems needed to run a growing and bustling company.

Terry Royce has been investing in the Greater Baltimore real estate market since going to it full-time in 2008.  His background from Towson University in urban planning and development allowed him to take a systematic approach to investing.  That combined with his extensive knowledge of the area has afforded him much success in this field.  In addition to investing and building a portfolio of rental properties, Terry also works with aspiring investors to help them get started in the field.

Leon Porter

Gino's professional career consist of 15 years of business development experience, 7 years of which have been directly related to the Real Estate industry where Gino ultimately found his passion. The successes throughout his career have been directly connected to his approach when working with clients. Someone who understands, communicates & Delivers RESULTS is what clients receive when working with him. Gino is also very passionate about his family. He is a proud father of 2 boys and has been happily married for 9 years. 

Jean is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in office management, bookkeeping, and program administration. Jean has worked for Harley-Davidson of Baltimore as their Riding Academy Program Director, Pro-Sys, Inc., where she oversaw construction filed offices and facilities call center management for Johns Hopkins Hospital, and as an assistant manager for Koman-Suites, a multi-property apartment complex owner in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware. Among her volunteer activities, she holds international appointments for Loyal Order of Moose/Woman of the Moose and is currently Mooseheart Marketing representative, Moosehaven Admissions Counselor, and Past Deputy Grand Regent for Maryland/Delaware/District of Columbia. Jt Homes welcomed Jean in early 2018 and looks forward to many years to come. 

Leon started his Real Estate journey with Jt Homes, LLC is 2016. Having a strong interest in the Real Estate industry, and anxious to get out of the corporate rat race, he applied for an assistant position with JT Homes. He is currently working in a transaction management capacity with JT Homes where he is tasked with administrative duties, customer service, and property management. Leon wants to become a real estate investor and build a portfolio that his kids kids can benefit from. Leon loves helping others and gets gratification from helping the clients close deals in the best way possible for all parties involved.
